I have a supplemental form that I made for question #18.It's a page long and I've elaborated our story from the beginning-present.Do both of us needs to sign it or I can just sign it myself since I'm the petitioner anyway? Thank you soo much!

You are the petitioner, it is your story. The only thing your fiance needs to sign is the statement of intent and g325a.

Does it really need to be notarized? The I-129f nor the G-325a are notarized.

It doesn't need to be notarized, nor does it need to be signed. It's part of the I-129f, the I-129f is signed. (Does anyone sign page 1 of the I-129f?)

I wrote a separate page for #18, too, and did not sign it. Had no problems.

I also had a supplemental page on the I-129F for Q18. I neither signed nor notarized it, but I doubt it would hinder your case to do either one. Good luck!
