I am just wondering how we do this? We need to photocopy 2 copies right? and back AND FRONT? also, do we need to tape them to paper so there is a backing when scanned? or literally just put the picture on the scanner and go? Can you do both pictures at the same time?

Sorry, so many questions...that is just the one thing I don't understand!

I explained in my wiki how to scan the two passport photos for the IV package when doing EP :)

I must be blind, cause I read your wiki like everyday and couldn't see it!
