wife visa approved and she is already here USA two weeks ago, two weeks prior her coming I moved and I called USCIS to changed of address, this morning i decided to check the status of our case online and it says INNTIAL REVIEW and the change aoddress that was made. does anyone knows what that means?

My hunch tells me it is an update of your address change status. The change of address has to be reflected in USCIS system, so I am sure you should be receiving a hard copy in the mail informing you that they have effected the change. But wait and see what others who have receievd this message in the past say.

my hunch is that the green card was mailed out and unable to be delivered.

Call into USCIS, ask about 'returned mail pieces' with an ISO, then go over the proper address with an ISO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
