I was informed if you have evidence of exceptional income (salary, tax transcriptions, etc)that you do not need to list assets or bank statements. Should I send anyway, or is it just redundancy?

You need your most recent tax return, W2 and current pay stubs, if you income meets or exceeds the guidelines you do not need to include other assets, so no you do not need bank statements.

As alway Hank Is Correct..If you meet the requirements of the 100% for K-1 or 125% for K-3,Cr-1 of the National poverty line..Than This is the only reguirement as hank as Stated..

You have to meet 125% of the poverty guidelines for K-1 also. 100% rule is for active duty military only.

None of that is required. Not even proof of exceptional income.

I think you were not on a real USCIS website...

Once more you are giving out bad information.
