Well its been exactley 8 months from my priority date. I want to be ready to sue them 120 days after the interview which is appraoching fast

Your interview date was 12-12-12 so wait 90 days after that date not the date you sent in an application.

Hi all.. I would like to update my case status if anyone is interested to know what happened to my case

I am a us citizen

It toke 117 days after interview to approve my case, my oath ceremony was on april 30, 2013

Here is my time line

Priority date June 13, 2012

Fingerprints July 19, 2012

Interview dec 12, 2012

Sent evidence requested dec 21, 2012

Case approved april 8, 2013

Oath ceremony april 30, 2013
