i know i need to complete an AOS but i dont know which one..im self employed..do i just send it now to my fiance? wait till its requested from the embassy? (manila) or wait till my fiance requests it from me? i called NVC last night..they dont process AOS for 129f's so i dont know what to expect....thx...mike

july 2004 met online first time through a good friend

april 2006 reintroduced

may 2006 things start heating up

june 2006 fly to manila to meet her and propose

july filed 129f

aug 11 received csc

aug 17 noa1

oct 24 approved

oct 30 noa2 rec

nov13 recd nvc

nov21 lft nvc

nov24 recvd manila

feb 15 med exam

feb 22 interview

feb 22 approved

AOS occurs after your fiancee arrives in the US and you are married. What are you thinking of trying to do now?

lol..i thought aos meant affidavit of support..i realize now it means adjustment of status..

I had thought that AOS was "affidavit of support" for the first two months I joined VJ HAHAHAHA you're not alone on this one... :D:D:D

The form is submitted to the consulate. When your fiancee gets her packet 3 the instructions will tell you what to do. For a K-1 visa the form you will need to prepare is I-134. I would wait until you have an interview date scheduled and provide it to her shortly before that time with the required supporting documentation.
