Is it worth it to schedule Infopass Appointment

Uggh so frustrated. Calles USCIS today to get a status update on my AOS application as I cannot see mine online. It is at NBC. When I called USCIS on December 5th, the IO told me that my case had been trasnferred to the field office in Buffalo but could not tell me when. When I called again today, spoke to a very abrupt, rude IO who told me that my case was still pending at NBC. I am at my wit's end as I keep getting incorrect information. My application has been pending since the middle of July. Yes I know, some people have been waiting longer. I just want some correct information. I adjusted from K1.

Would it be worth it to schedule an Infopass appointment? Are they going to be able to tell me anything at the field office?

Actually, if you go into edit profile and then hit profile look on the left hand side as there is an option that says change signature. I think you can make changes there.
