they sent this on 12.06.2013

Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified

and the interview was on 23.12.2013

Oh ok so it seems like it takes 6 months from case complete till interview. Inshallah it stays like that or gets even better. Congrats again.

The u.s embassy finally wrote back to my by email this is what they wrote

Thank you for your e-mail. This case is still located at the National Visa Center (NVC). Although the NVC has finished processing your petition, the case will remain with the NVC until there is an available appointment at the Embassy. Once an appointment is available, the case will be transferred to Sanaa and our office will contact the applicant to schedule an appointment. Until your case is transferred to Sanaa, please direct any inquiries to the NVC. You can reach them by e-mail at NVCInquiry@state.gov or by telephone at +1(603)-334-0700.

Best,

Sanaa IV Unit

It looks like your gonna get something from NVC in a couple months. Inshallah sooner.

Contact your congressman. I honestly believe the only reason they gave my husband a fast drop-off appt. was because my congressman called.

18 more days till visa pick-up. Ya Allah please let the visa be ready.
