yup. nd did they tell u when u went this time that if the visa was ready before ur feb app they would call or just come on that day and thats it also were the works yemenis and y did u wait two hours for just so they can find you a new appointment date?

Hey, yea she even honestly pointed out a stack of about 15 visas/packets with mine in it. She said yours and these others just need to be signed by the main CO but since there's no workers because of the holidays there's no one to sign it. She then said they might call me earlier to come once they get it signed.

And for the long usuall wait I can't explain but you"ll under stand once you yourself.

And There was only 2 workers that day and they were both Yemenis.

Oh wow that must've been so frustrating seeing the visa so close but yet you have to come back for it some other time. But inshallah they call you back to pick up the visa before February. Edited by Sleepless_36

It could take about a few weeks until they review it and if everything in your case is fine then you'll get a case complete. And about contacting your congresswoman on giving an expedite, well it can work. But they won't expedite it unless theres a serious and urgent reason. Good luck
