You've been in Yemen for a while now, do you have proof of domicile?

Our case status changed to Issued on the DOS website. I don't think they change it until the visa is printed and ready. I'm pretty hopeful they're gonna call us to pick it up before the pick up date, insha'Allah.

For those who had pick ups and were told the visa isn't ready what does your case status say?

Mine has been saying issued & I still havant got that call to pick up my visa. I emailed them a couple of times to see if I would get an answer but nothing. Hopefully it atleast signals them to get it ready for when I come on the listed pick up date.

Yes I have one that says 'To whom it may concern, I, (name), have never held any jobs there for have never filed taxes. I've always been an dependent of my dad.' Etc...

And yes it is notarized. I'm 90% sure that it has to be notarized because almost everything has to be.

Because I didnt notarize it either r they gonna ask for it in mg hubbies appointment?

I honestly think you should notarize it since you have a lot of time to do so.

Especially since your husband is the one filing for a visa and they are a lot more tougher when it comes to men.
