how did u send it to them ? and did u try emailing them and asking? also wat does ur case status say

They only reply with that fake automated reply of theirs. We sent them in via DHL. My case status says AP.

Did they require more papers from your husband on the day of his appointment or did they give him AP on the spot?

does dhl have the confirmation number. and no we went to AP on the spot everything was given to them

Yeah we have a number and it says the package was delivered and the embassy signed for it.

I just don't want to wait a few more months and then them replying to me that the papers we sent in aren't enough. Ugh, this is so frustrating I swear.

yea i understand all i could say to u is lets just hope they did recieve them and file them into ur file and nothing left is needed. inshallah they dont make u wait to long cuz u now its the end of the year.

It took me 5 days

I called the dos after 3 months they told me ur new documents has been added to ur file I guess the person that answerd me felt sorry for me

I'm really scared I feel like my husband's visa is a dream that we can't get

I have a question about the Affidavit of Support. Does he or she have to live in the same state as the applicant? Like if the applicant lives in California but the AOS lives in New York is that ok?

I think it doesn't really matter what state the sponsor lives all that matters is that the applicant knows the sponsor that's what's really important

No it doesn't matter what race he is as long as u know him and your husband knows the person. They are gonna ask you if you know him and what's his name what do he work and if he had kids. those r the things they asked my husband in the interview .
