Hey Sweetlove57 what did your husband pay the $260 for? Did you pay all the visas already online like the immigrant visa fee and the affidavit of support fee?

I really don't know why he paid but they asked him to pay that amount when he went there . I'm gonna call the uscis if he still has to pay the 165.

And thats about it i guess :)

By the way I had a question I was wondering if the Request for Telephone Numbers form is that required?

Thanks!

Do you have any kids together? If so, take their birth certificate and passport.

And your husband needs 2 passport photos.

And for the ds260 confirmation page, print out the whole form, not just the confirmation. As in, all the questions.

What did he pay for in the embassy?

After she told us congrats I asked her do we she to pay for the visa, she was like it's always paid for.

Which I'm assuming is the IV bill we paid online.

Affidavit of paternity/maternity form, is it for me to fill out or for my husband? I'm the petitioner

You fill that out with your info.

You're also gonna need copies of all your old passports because you need to write all exits and entries to the US. Let them scan your old passports for you and you print them and have the guy at yemenat hell you fill the form out.

You need to print out the whole form.
