you don't need to be in Yemen for them to issue a CRBA or a passport for your child, your wife can be there with them and that will be fine. You just have to fill out a paper of consent called Passport Issuance Consent Form and have it notarzied, you can download it from the website I provided you the link to. the online appointment system for the embassy in sanaa DOES NOT work. You have to email them directly.

Hello everyone question does the police certifcate the only thing that needs to be renewed every 6 months or does the marrige certifcate as well?

HK is a guy and his wife is the one applying for the visa. I'm pretty sure she'll be approved. They always take it easy on ladies. I seen 2 ladies get approved when I was at the embassy.

Actually my cousin, her husband had an interview back in February and he was told to come back in two weeks to get his visa. He was lucky

The ds-260 is the online form that you are required to fill out for the visa .its the visa application.its filled online and when ur all done you have to print out the confirmation . see if you have it or check if you sent it to ur email after you were finished with it ccuz u were suppose to have saved the confirmation page it says spicifically that u have to bring the confirmation page with u to the interview.good luck

* passport photos

* marriage certificate in (arabic&english)

* birth certificate (arabic &english) for applicant

* supporting documents for i-864 ( dont forget to bring the taxs for this year if you have not yet )

* wedding photos,also new photos together.

* money gram orders even from yemen to the us bring it.if u have

* ds-260 confirmation

* a new police certificate if the first already expired.(expires after 6 months)

* affidavit of residence and paternity form filled with evidance if required.

* the medical examination

* the appointment slip if you have one

* your passports to get in offcourse

* and any additional stuff for some people who were required to show any evidance of marriage or address or anything

I have the ds-260 confirmation page! But he said there should be two more papers with it. We just figured it out that he needs the ds-260 application printed. So idk if we really need that but he said we do.

No our confirmation is just one page there are no other pages unless they changed it which i doubt because the ds-260 is new and recent version.

Yes you have to have the confirmation page and the copy of th application it's only two page. Go back to the website for nvc and go to the completed d/260 and print out a copy not confirmation page
