when i called the uscis they told me to send a letter with proof along with my i/130.

If you have already filed your application or petition:

You can make an expedite request by contacting the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. The NCSC will take a service request and forward your expedite request to the office with jurisdiction over the application or petition. You also have the options of 1). visiting your local office by scheduling an InfoPass appointment or 2). writing a letter to the local office or service center.

I am not sure, but i sent in news articles and i explained the situation in Yemen. I believe everyone here is at the nvc. I am not sure what they sent in, for their cases.

You could also send any messgages, for example pictures, that you recived from the person that u are applying for.

Yes you have to have a valid passport. You leave it with them get an exit visa and your ready to go. They wait for everyone to gather and your off to Djibouti. Yes they do have livestock onboard lol.

The condition is not that bad. my cousin said there were about 20 people aboard and he said something about paying for an entry visa when you arrive to Djibouti And some kind of sponser. I will update when i find out.
