Email nvc to expedite it.

Wait what do you mean he has an appointment on the 13th? Appointment for what?

If your husband is there they will help you transfer the case but he has to physically go to the embassy to do that

Email nvc to expedite it.

Ive been emailing them every single day,but havent gotten anything yet.he went to the embassy the other day and they told him to make an appointment online so he did it for the 13th. Just wanted to know how whoever was able to get their case transfered do it.

How do you know they will help him get his case transfered there at the embassy? Do u know anyone who was able to do it?

Still no way to exit Yemen, now the situation is even worse. I contacted IOM evacuations, they won't even process my wife because she only has a Yemeni passport. How does everyone exit the country I know some people leave but no one says how they did it.

What was the last step you did?

Has your petition been approved ?

Is it at nvc?

Have you paid the aos fee? $120

What kind of petition is it ?

Just seen your timeline. Your one of the few that actually is updating it which is good if you need help. If you already received a case complete email ready means it already left nvc and is at a embassy you had on your petition.

Really when did you contact them and what email address did you use, they told me that only people with foreign passports are able to board. Is your relative travelling alone or are they travelling with someone with a foreign passport?

Who did you contact please give details a lot of people here are dying for options

This is the resource that I used
