In Shaa Allah

It goes to Nvc next. You can get a head start and call them and see if they have your case number Nd invoice number . If they do you log in with those numbers and pay the aos fee $120. Follow the steps in the Nvc wiki it will answer all your questions.

I believe the wait time is about 5 months. But because of the war in Yemen you can try to expedite it. Call them there easier to deal with then Nvc and easier to get ahold of someone quick

I tried to call. I got an email saying that the expedite was denied because there was no evidence. I did not get a chance to send evidence they did not even ask for.

I called again the representative i called said she cant request a expedite only after 30 more days. She said that i can send a letter and evidence to the Nebraska service center. What evidence do i send other than news???

I assume your petition started in December if so its probably gonna be another month for you. Just email them a sob story tell them he's been out of water for days now, no home no food these sort of stuff. Make it as sad as possible. They gotta feel like his health and life is in danger. Tell them the houthis are forcing people to fight for them and he's running away just fill it up with all kinds of stuff.

I agree like Adam said just show them how bad it is use emotion in the email. If your spouse can take pictures and send them to you if possible, for proof of horrid living conditions. for example houthi in Sanna have put up jihad posters telling people to fight, so take a picture of that with your husband in front of it and make a big deal out of how dangerous life is with the houthi, it's proof enough what they have done in Aden how ridiculous they are. And the bombing if it is anywhere close to the area which he lives have him take a picture showing the location is close to him, that is what my husband did , even proof of unemployment, that he has no money to survive.

I have not been able to contact him in like a week already. He has sent me videos of the bomings, but not pics. he does live close to a military base. He used to go to work and university, but since the war he stopped. He is also having a hard time, because there is hardly any food and water in Yemen. He is just surviving on what he bought before the war started. He did stock up, but not enough. When it is finished I am not sure how he will be able to make it.
