What did u email them and what did they reply back?

this is what i sent:

I would like to know if the embassy is open as this time. If so, when will the embassy accept new cases for interview? I understand there are interviews that need rescheduled. Our Case was complete on 8-26-13. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
The reply:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

IVSanaa@state.gov

The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

Just Fyi... My post to the general forum but a update of our case for any of you Yemeni people

Hi VJ :

Anyone have advice on this one...?

My Yemeni fiance is stuck in AP since his appointment on July 23. The CO told him Congrats, You are Approved, at his appointment. CO said we will call you in 2 weeks to give you the visa. Three months later we are still waiting. Our CEAC status moved from Ready>>AP>>READY NIV>>AP NIV.

I got excited. I saw on VJ this can mean they are going to issue the visa. Sure enough within a few days my fiance gets a call from the Embassy. They said, 'Your papers are ready, When can you come?".

He went the next day (this am) they handed him his Passport and his case file and said that they were done with them, but that he is still on AP. No Visa Issued.

So - sounds like if they are handing back his passport that they have had for 3 months they are not planning on issuing his visa soon. Is that the read I am getting here?

Main red flag is probably the differences in education level/income between us. Other than that, we have a well established relationship that's been ongoing for 5.5 years since we met when I was a University student studying Arabic. The only thing I can think is that the CO thinks we are married..since it is very uncommon for men in their 30's to have never married. Also a Wikileaks doc I found about NIV fraud in Yemen says they find problems w 90% of the K1 visas from Yemen - like people being married or having a 2nd wife.

So - my question is - are we screwed?

And If I endure this AP it going to last 16 months and end in success or end in no visa?

Oh and did I mention I want to get married.. Lord have mercy..
