to ppl that have case complete ur case does not not go to yemen usually until u get an interview the the case gets transfered to sanaa. theres no estimates about how long it takes to get an interview cuz he each case is treated differently . it looks like everything is moving along good now from what i hear these days.

How do u know that? I thought they were working on old cases first

Missyemen the biggest problem with the US Embassy in Sanaa is that if there are problems on the ground the embassy closes for the safety of their employees...if there is a big problem they fly their employees out of the country - so you can imagine hoe backed up they are. It also doesn't sound like they are staffed well so they are slow. Buckle in for the ride and pray for the peace of Yemen.

He means that per visa type there are different processing times

MY FIANCE HAD HIS APPOINTMENT AND THEY TOLD HIM CONGRATULATIONS WE WILL ISSUE YOU A VISA !!! He's on his way home now! They said you will have your visa in 2-3 weeks!

This was for a K-1 Fiance Visa!

Thats good news CONGRATS!! How long did u stay?
