When does the status change on the state department visa website...mines currently says At NVC. So when should it change and what will it change to

THE nvc bage will keep show in your bage .AT NVC. until your case forward to embassy.

ITS takes from 3 to 5 months

Antiseir, did try getting in contact with your senator or congressmen?? Contact both maybe that will help

Believe me I tried everything no luck yet. I guess I just have to wait until Allah wants it to happen.

Sami99, hk93, and myvisajourney congratulations on finally receiving your visas. Alhamduillah u guys are done. And to all who have their visas now again congrats and good luck on your new lives with your spouses. But when you guys can and do have time please submit a review for the US embassy of Sanaa on this site. Because I remember when I was new at this site I wanted to read the reviews for Sanaa embassy but didnt see any but there was plenty for the other countries.

And for the rest of us who are still awaiting our first appointments inshallah khair. I haven't heard of anyone getting an appointment so who knows if they are scheduling.

I got a case complete on the end of November. But I'm thinking maybe the waiting time from case complete to interview is 6 months. Because people on this thread who got case completes on June 2013 had their interviews on December 2013. So it can be more or less its a bit unpredictable dealing with the embassy of Sanaa.

Time will fly faster than you think. Just make sure you have everything ready for the interview when it does come.

HE said. the nvc will schedole alote of visas on march .

While your waiting for an appointment, email them your phone number on the side and then when u get your drop off appointment give the interviewer your phone number.

Make sure you email them atleast 3 times at once that way they see your message. when u email them to put your case number and your new phone number on the subject line of the email.

Hey thanks for the reply! So we already had our interview already we are jus waiting for a house phone call to come drop off the passport and i have been emailing them for weeks now and haven't gotten a single reply. Thanks for the tip about the email
