today my husbands status changed to issued. how long do u guys think until they call him for a pick up for those who have went threw this step already

It took them about a week and a half to call my husband after it said issued. From the 12th to the 20nth

04-07-2011 - I-130 Sent

04-14-2011 - NOA1 Received

02-06-2012 - Case Number Assigned

02-08-2012 - Received AOS Fee

Does this mean my case is complete with the NVC? How long is the average until my wife gets a interview.

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

mine took about 5 weeks because the vecation of Christmas and New Year, yours will take few days inshaallah

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

thanks samii inshallah ..we have waited so long a few weeks now wont do us no haram.

nagiodaib- if ur status is a citizen then maybe between 3-7 months good luck u just have to wait till they give u an app now thats when they will transfer ur case to the sanaa embassy.

When is the fastest you have seen someone get an interview recently? I heard people who just got case complete are getting interviews really fast!! Thanks for the help

AM sory about this.but takes to get interview 5 months.but the paper of the appointment data takes 3 months to get it.

No, he had booked for Sunday, that's when I was leaving alone but alhamdillah when he got his visa on wednesday he booked for this thursday
