This is what I got back from embassy

I understand your desire to have your wife join you in the United States. However, the Consular Section in Sanaa is currently operating with extremely limited staffing. Your wifes case is still with the National Visa Center and we are not accepting new cases from NVC until our staffing improves. Therefore, I cannot give you a timeline for when your wifes case will be transferred to Yemen and scheduled for an interview. It will not be in the near future.

What did u send them when u sent them an email because im thinking of sending them one too

My fiance is going to be going to school in Malayisia in the next couple months. Would I be able to change the address and put the Malaysian address, or will he have to do his interview in Yemen, even though he's studying in another country?

Hi everyone. I filed my I-130 during the week of thanksgiving. I received my acceptance letter ( NOA1 )the first week of december. I was just wondering, how long do I have to wait for the approval? Also, does the service center keep you updated till the approval (NOA2) or do we just wait till it arrives then we get updates? Thank you.

It usually takes 5 months at Texas. No updates from them til your approved. The Nvc process starts.
