We got an RFE :(

They want us to send in proof of Tom's earnings & employment, which shouldn't be a problem, it's just an annoying delay.

At least you know they looked at your application

We got an RFE :(

They want us to send in proof of Tom's earnings & employment, which shouldn't be a problem, it's just an annoying delay.

Easy fix for a RFE. I just sent in the same stuff from I-134, but sent in current paystubs.

We were debating if we could use the old letter that he got from his employer, or if they wanted an updated one... If the old one is fine, we could just send our response back right away, but if it needs to be the new one, we need to wait til the HR supervisor is in - her schedule is wonky LOL

Sorry to hear about your RFE KT... Though I have to admit, it makes me excited that maybe I shall receive one soon too :P I am expecting an RFE for the exact same reason and we received our NOA1 a day after you did. Any news is good news when it comes to immigration stuff :P

03/06/14 - USCIS Case online changed to reflect Green Card is in production

04/06/16 - Biometrics complete

??/??/?? - Received work authorisation, lost form :(

09/01/16 - Got I-551 stamp in passport to travel to europe, only given 6 months

Today we got our return receipt from USPS for filing the AOS package in the mail. That was a little odd- it took almost a month for them to send it back! I wonder what the point of the return receipt was in the first place. Personally I just assumed it had gotten lost in the mail!

Not yet. But i think we will see our fellow Jan filers receive their EAD/AP starting next week.

We just got it on the 20th and we're in the process of moving. I want to wait until the interview is scheduled to change our address to avoid any delays. I'll be able to receive mail at both locations for the next month.

How long ago did you recieve this notice " I-485 Case Status updated to Testing & Interview " ?

We just got it on the 20th and we're in the process of moving. I want to wait until the interview is scheduled to change our address to avoid any delays. I'll be able to receive mail at both locations for the next month.

You will most likely receive your email interview notice 2 weeks after biometrics which means either Wednesday the 27th or right after. Then the mail letter would come a few days after that.

Got my interview notice - March 6 in Tampa!

It's at 12:00 (noon), so I'm wondering if we can go in earlier, so that my husband can get to work for 2:30pm in St. Pete.... hmmm....
