I haven't been by here in a while, but I just wanted to check on everyone's timelines. Mine is still at a standstill... I was at initial review for a while... then RFE response review... now I'm back to initial review after submitting a change of address on April 25th.

green card in hand surprised the postal dog ( i being nice ) did not bring to door as this is a very important card from uscis

I haven't been by here in a while, but I just wanted to check on everyone's timelines. Mine is still at a standstill... I was at initial review for a while... then RFE response review... now I'm back to initial review after submitting a change of address on April 25th.

Hope you get your approval soon. I also submitted a change of address in April, which made my status revert to initial review and my AOS was at a standstill until its approval today (8/27) without an interview.

6/25/12 - Received at Nairobi Embassy

Well, our online case status finally went from "This case cannot be found" to "Decision", saying that my wife's permanent residency is registered and her GC will be mailed soon. Whew! Glad to be done with this for a while. :-)

anyone else has problem with vj site updating time line status? sveta got gc about 3-4 weeks ago and some reason even an site mod not know why site still shows as pending

on a more joy full note sveta is having a baby girl

I had to search for this a bit, too, because it's not done in the timeline area:

- Go up to the top right of the page and click the drop down arrow next to your username.

- Choose "My Settings".

- Scroll down until you get to the "Immigration Info" section.

- Next to "Immigration Status" choose "Adjustment of Status (approved)" from the drop-down list.

- Save your changes.
