Hi, Starflyer 59. Just got the text; our card is in production. Strange, as when I called yesterday, the recording said it was still in Missouri. This comes as a relief, of course, but I feel bad for those who have been waiting even longer. I don't have a clue what the order is... maybe it was our local office? In any case, I really hope yours comes quickly!!! Our timelines are very similar, so it should be any day for you.

Fingers crossed, PinayCajun, my NOA1 is about 3 weeks after yours and we have the same processing office.

It says online that the New Orleans office are now processing December 2012 filers for I-485. So let's just hope that they will start processing January 2013 filers sooner or next month.

Awesome! Congratulations! I'm glad you all have been approved, and I hope we hear something soon as well. My case status still cannot be found on the site, and my local office time frame says November 20, 2012 right now (but I know those are not always reliable).

Great news - enjoy your 2 year vacation from USCIS! :-)

Ah, this seems like a thread for me to hang out in over the next few months: AOS filed dec '12, then RFE submitted mid-Jan '13. Tferred to NBC (so interview waived apparently), now waiting. Status: Initial review.

From this thread that sounds pretty normal for an NBC case.

So annoying the interview-waived cases take longer. Doubt that's what they intended when they changed the system last year. Pure speculation, but if I was an under-pressure local office and was told interview waivers go somewhere else, I'd be tempted to waive more than otherwise, right? :-)

On August 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days

Yay, they've updated. As of June 30th, they are processing January 11th. We're getting close!

Seems it takes them a month per month, so they should already be processing Feb. 20ish by now. Oh well, at least they made it to 2013!

Congratulations!!

I wouldn't focus on the processing times posted. Charlotte still says (Posted August 20) that as of June 30th, they were still working on December 30th. We filed Jan 25th, so I think they just do that to give themselves some breathing room. Hopefully it's not much longer for the remaining ones waiting!
