You said your AP status updated to approved-when did that happen? Today? I am just wondering since we are theoretically supposed to get ours tomorrow and it still says initial review. Maybe it updates once the EAD is shown as delivered?

My AP never updated, it still doesn't show up. But I did get a combo card.. Don't worry, 99% is a combo card..

Same here. Got it without update.

If you applied for the EAD & AP together, then you will get the combo card.

Mine was different I applied EAD and AP together and I didn't get a combo card. They sent me a AP document letter that I can use to reenter USA .

WOOT! Got the EAD/AP Combo card today. AP status still says initial review, but on the bottom of EAD it says "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole"! Yahoooooooooo!!!!!!! We may try to surprise my parents next weekend

By the way we were walking in the parking lot of the grocery store and I said to my husband "I'm so excited I got advance parole!" and then saw a guy looking at me strangely. Sometimes I forget how terrible that sounds

I heard about it updated on April 4th via uscis.org but the approval date was actually April 1st. We just got it today, April 6th.

Congrats! Jordan got his "Welcome to America" letter today.

We'll be making a trip back to Canada in a couple weeks. We'll be flying up, renting a truck and finally bringing his boxes of stuff home.

Hi January Filers,

just found this thread....Yayy, things are progressing.

I have a question: We adjusted from K1 visa, NOA1 on 01/08, Biometrics on 01/29, EAD/AP received 03/08.

AOS still lists as accepted.

Does that mean no RFE and no interview for us? Seems like most of you with interviews got their notice shortly after Biometrics.

hey pinkr you hear anything about aos interview yet? we not hear a thing and for 3 weeks we going back ukraine in may. wondering how we know how deal with it if uscis wants one while we are gone?

Nothing, I feel that I am one of those that will be waiting. My local office is processing Sept. how long will you be gone? Can you get someone to check your mail for you.
