I'm a january 2013 AOS filer too. it has been 7 weeks since I had my biometrics, but heard nothing about it, my case number is not even available in USCIS website since I received my NOA1. I wonder if someone is in the same situation?

Maybe give the USCIS National Customer Service Center a call ? They might know something.

If you haven't already called, try them first thing in the morning or before they close. Usually less waiting time.

Wooooo so I have been checking uscis.gov over and over and this morning our EAD/AP was still in initial review. I logged in this afternoon and it said that EAD was in card document /production!!! As of March 29... so apparently since Friday. I guess it just didn't update till this afternoon! Our AP still says initial review though but judging by what some of you have said it should come with it. Sounds like they can be slow on updating. Oh boy!!!!!! Now to see how long it takes to arrive in the mail. But hope!

My husband got his EAD/AP combo card yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by it all because he was approved on Monday, March 25th and all week long it didn't update until Friday the 29th with the tracking number. I looked it up Friday night and it said to be delivered Monday April 1st. I thought that was pretty quick. I was expecting longer! He is extremely happy now and this week we will be headed to the Social Security office to remove the "no work without authorization" from his card and to do his TX driver's license. Also, I waited to change my last name until now so we didn't have to make multiple trips so finally I will be able to do that. YAY!

My wife and I are in the same situation. She had her biometrics Feb 21, got the EAD/AP card almost a week ago, but still no word of an interview. Case status does not show up on the USCIS site. We are beginning to think that we may not be getting an interview and might have to wait a bit longer than those that do.

Ah, I see. Sorry to hear that. Keep us posted if you do call USCIS. I always dread the thought of trying to get anywhere on the phone with them.
