Hi guys, just discovered the group.

Nice job!

I'm a january 2013 AOS filer too. it has been 7 weeks since I had my biometrics, but heard nothing about it, my case number is not even available in USCIS website since I received my NOA1. I wonder if someone is in the same situation?

Welcome

Hey guys, sorry I haven't replied after mi interview...my husband and I went right after to Florida :) anyway,I was Approved on the spot for 10 years :)    My experience :

Came around 10:45,Interview was at 12 :) came, early,I know lol.

Very nice black guy,ask for those yes/no questions, ask for proof of marriage, and I had : bank statements, car insurance, credit card, pictures, bill for our phone, rental agreement-I already made copy of all that,so he took that.Ask for our picture I.D.,took my I-94,look thru my passport...ask about my country,do we have our own beer there :) easy-breazy :) then he put a stamp on my I-485 application, that said APPROVED,and said that I should received my G.C. 3-6 weeks. :) and that was it hehe.It took us maybe 20 minutes :) I still haven't received any update, that I have been approved or card in production, but I know I'm approved :) if u have any questions,be free to ask me :)

I wasn't adjusting from K1...I came here on tourist visa, three years ago.My husband is a green card holder too,he has his naturalization test in april. My first application was approved in January 2011,but I didn't have Visa number available. So I waited and watched Visa Bulletin each month, and finally came in January and I applied for Adjustment of status.I waited for a long time, but I was with my husband the whole time,so it was worth it :)

Thank you :)

Congratulations! we were in kind of the same boat. Hubby was in parolee status and i am an LPR, so we were approved the I 130 back in 2011 but our priority date was sept 2010 which as you probably know became current in Jan 2013 :). He also got his 10 year GC which he received in the mail last saturday. The IO told us the card will be there 2-3 weeks but i think it gets there much sooner and you should get your next week if not the end of this week, they sent if priority mail 2 days. :) Congrats again!

Wooooo so I have been checking uscis.gov over and over and this morning our EAD/AP was still in initial review. I logged in this afternoon and it said that EAD was in card document /production!!! As of March 29... so apparently since Friday. I guess it just didn't update till this afternoon! Our AP still says initial review though but judging by what some of you have said it should come with it. Sounds like they can be slow on updating. Oh boy!!!!!! Now to see how long it takes to arrive in the mail. But hope! :D

My GC was supposed to be delivered today, according to USPS site, but no mail in the mailbox :( after being out all day at work... And USPS website now says: "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office"... what? they better deliver my card on monday!

happy Easter everybody, hope it brings great news! :)

Did the Easter Bunny put anything good in your mail box?
