Finally received my EAD/AP combo card today ! Nothing about the AOS yet though...it would be nice if they could let us know if there will be an interview or not and how long we should expect to wait in any cases !

Glad to see all these approvals for January filers! I hope my husband's EAD is approved soon. I keep checking the online status like I did waiting for our NOA2 petition approval LOL laughing.gif

Mine hasn't changed at all either since getting my EAD/AP card. My AOS still says acceptance.. I feel like I am in the waiting pile lol

Ha, sometimes I'd like to see a visual image of this waiting pile. I imagine giant stacks of papers teetering on someone's desk. Or a room with so many boxes of files you can't see to the end. Curiousity!

Right now my case changed again into Decision:

"On March 21, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

Guess it's a standard sentence?

I won't relax until the GC is in my hands.. :whistle:
