confused last friday evening got uscis email saying ( On March 15, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. ) just few minutes ago got this email ( On March 20, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. ) is this because they added the ap to card ? however the status for ap has not changed as of yet

The same happened to me, the day after of "2nd notice" it got mailed! So tmrw it should get mailed and by the end of tmrw you'll be having the tracking number!

Don't bother about the status of AP, you'll be receiving a combo card!

You could still get one... depends on how quick your local office is, or it could be that your petition is still at NBC and in that case you won't have an interview..

Well.. we don't know how their system works, but I'd say that first they give their internal order to get the card produced, once it is printed the system goes back to "ordered production" and then within a few days it gets sent...

I wouldn't worry too much, its a matter of days and you'll be having your GC!

Tourist Visa(out of status for 12 yrs)- AOS

01/03/13 sent I130.I485,I765 to chicago lockbox

01/08/13 Email/txt acceptance conf.

01/10/13 checks cashed

01/11/13 got NOA1 for all 3 forms.

01/12/13 got NOA Biometrics appt letter 01/30/13

01/30/13 Biometrics done!

01/30/13 Called NCS to change of address.

02/04/13 got conf letter change of address

02/12/13 got NOA Interview appt 03/15/13 at local office.

03/12/13 got email/txt EAD approved Card in Production

03/15/13 Interview at local Office APPROVED!!!!

03/15/13 a second email/txt EAD card in production

03/15/13 got email/txt I-485(green card) Card/document Production...

03/18/13 EAD Mailed.

03/20/13 EAD Received

03/20/13 2 txt/email GC in production

03/xx/13 GC mailed

03/xx/13 GC received

Same thing on my EAD, last Friday March15 they ordered card production and today March20 they ordered card production and my AP still on Initial Review.

I wonder who will get the combo card first since both of us approved on the same day.

YAY I just looked up the reference number for AOS on uscis.gov and it shows we are now in the testing and interview stage!!! I am guessing in the next week hopefully??? we will receive a time for an interview The numbers for EAD/AP still just show initial stage though. But, progress is progress!

I did my bio appt on Feb 5 & got my EAD/AP combo card about a month later..

*Original AOS Interview date was March 21, we rescheduled. Date TBD, between March 28-June 6th*

Yep, we got our interview date 1 week after "testing and interview" notification. Our EAD/AP still do not show up at all on the USCIS site. I have a feeling we'll get the GC before the EAD/AP, which is fine with us.

Yeah, the USCIS site doesn't always show that information. It never said anything about EAD/AP for us either, the 'testing & interview' message.

Even THAT message hasn't change, and it SHOULD have been update, since our AOS interview date will change.

Any who, got my ESD/AP card about a month after the bio appt.

GC came in the mail today, a week after our interview! We've officially done with 1st half of this immigration journey.
