Does anyone know if there is a direct physical address i can overnight an RFE to the NBC? The Po Box address provided is all i have and i want to be able to track it and want to do an overnight.

My AOS was file Jan 25th.

las I thought same thing sad there is none but we sent over night also our rfe and we found out 1-2 times aday dhs has mail picked up and if things not fit in box post office leaves slips for the carrier to come to office to sign for it. the day after we mailed ours usps tracking showed the persons name that signed for it

You have to send it to the address they provided. Also, USPS is the only place that will deliver overnight to a PO Box. You can track it with the US Post Office, and you will not have any problems.

I finally sent my RFE back today. We've had the stuff for at least a week or two but have been so busy with renovations at our new house that I haven't had a chance to go to the post office until now!

Another Canadian kicking.gif ... I get excited when I see the flag...

YAY I just looked up the reference number for AOS on uscis.gov and it shows we are now in the testing and interview stage!!! I am guessing in the next week hopefully??? we will receive a time for an interview :) The numbers for EAD/AP still just show initial stage though. But, progress is progress!

i see we filed not long before you and I never recall seeing ( testing and interview stage ) I not recall where find a ref# or you ment msc# maybe you find another part of uscis site I not know about

Yep, we got our interview date 1 week after "testing and interview" notification. Our EAD/AP still do not show up at all on the USCIS site. I have a feeling we'll get the GC before the EAD/AP, which is fine with us.

Just curious, did you file the text notification form G 11 something? We got notified of the NOAs on filing but didn't get any notice of the 'testing and interview stage' - do they only send texts for receiving it and final approval and not the middle step?

I don't mind getting the GC early but I was really hoping to get AP in the next few weeks to visit family as a special occasion is coming up. I doubt the GC appointment will be that quick, but guess we'll find out.

I can answer that.. the G-1145 is for the initial submission (NOAs) to notify you by SMS/Email.

Afterwards if you want to be notified it will be via USCIS's website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/logon.do

You probably have an account, if not make one, add all of your cases to track them in one spot, and select SMS and Email Alerts for all of your cases. :)

confused last friday evening got uscis email saying ( On March 15, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. ) just few minutes ago got this email ( On March 20, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. ) is this because they added the ap to card ? however the status for ap has not changed as of yet
