Hey guys!!! We just got home... WE GOT APPROVED for 10 yrs on the spot... Thank God...

I would like to thanks VJ and the user for all the info they have to help us understand and get ready all the documents for my AOS.

So we got there like 15 minutes early, we brought our daugther with us and they called us few minutes after, we follow a young white lady,We swear to tell the truth nothing but the truth n then she started asking questiion to my hubby like 5 question, then she started with me like 10-15 question and then she check some pictures, she got some pic for the profile and a copie of my new passport, then she said we are done!!! U got APPROVED for 10 yrs green card, after 3 yrs and if u still married to a US citizen, U can become Naturalized Citizen of the United States

01/08/13 Email/txt acceptance conf.

01/10/13 checks cashed

01/11/13 got NOA1 for all 3 forms.

01/12/13 got NOA Biometrics appt letter 01/30/13

01/30/13 Biometrics done!

01/30/13 Called NCS to change of address.

02/04/13 got conf letter change of address

02/12/13 got NOA Interview appt 03/15/13 at local office.

03/12/13 EAD approved Card in Production email/txt

03/15/13 Interview at local Office APPROVED!!!!

xx/xx/13 EAD Mailed.

Based on people here who went in for early biometrics and already have their AOS interview date, I think that may make a difference. I still don't have an interview date and it is making me nervous since people who filed the same time as me have theirs coming up very shortly!

I think as what I observed here mostly AOS'ers that adjusted from K-1 visa takes a while to received an interview notice or no interview at all and it will remain in NBC for a long time. It just based on my obseravation here.

On my end, today it turns 1 month since I had my biometrics and I didn't recieved any approval yet on I-765 and I-131.

No To worry, our EAD was approved after 1.5 months of biometrics

Hello, I don't think you should worry. a number of those who have their interview coming up filed end of December or first week of January. You will get an interview notice soon enough. Just hang in there

just got 2 emails in last hour that sveta's I-765 and I-131 ead and travel docs are approved and being produced. please someone remind me how to track. needless say sveta was very happy since we had our tickets for ukraine paid for since January for a may visit to keep my promise to her and sveta's family to have the wedding party and yes even the party deposits has all been paid for over a month...also like ask the email about the travel docs says was mailed or would it be added to the ead card?

prob monday/tuesday the status will change again into "mailed to the address we have on file.." and within that day it'll change again to show the USPS tracking number.

Don't worry, mostly everyone has received their EAD/AP about 2 months to the date of their NOA1.

will the ap be added to the ead? since the notice for ap said ( noticed was mailed ) or will the 2 departments just join as one?

also the online status shows no more options then card production for ead

It varies, but you should receive a combo card. Congrats and enjoy your wedding party.
