Hi cuddle bug!

What should I enter in the DHL website to know if the package was sent to the Philippines? We have the same notice date, NVC notified us that they're going to send the package. Really quite confused with the options in the website.

Put the range of dates around the date that NVC gives you as package has been shipped.

And there you have it.

You will noticed that many cases arrived in Manila and you cant identify which is yours.

The best advise is call the call center of USE ($18 per call from abroad /55 pesos per minute call from whithin philippines)

Or you can try - Manila US Embassy tel no. (02) 528-6300 extn 5184

Just tell the operator of your Manila Case Number.
