Here is another question. When I first began my relationship with my wife I set up a bank account just to send money to her. Now I am scanning the bank statements into an Adobe file. It looks like there might be as much as 50 pages there including a cover sheet that gives an overview of the bank statements. I'm thinking it is overkill but all they have to do is look at the cover sheet and then move on. The evidence there just in case.

Should I send all of it?

so you can get it down to about 20 to 30 kilobytes per page ..

here's some timeticks for EP processing for China casefiles - in case you've not seen my post about it:

IMO, that's no more than a 2 week delay. Cool and Coolish, all things considered for how paper files sit in that bonded warehouse in China, when EP casefiles get immediate appointment date set after final review.
