Applying B2 Visa for ParentinLaw

i had already re-read vj b2 guidelines. i am running my plan here and all is welcome to provide feedback.

the purpose of applying the visitor visa is for my parent in law to visit our first child. we plan on having our first child on 10/2013. we plan to submit ds160 on jun.

the following documents will be accompanied with parent in law.

1. all bank account balances

2. statement of employment and salary (translated to english)

3. deeds (translated to english)

4. car title and insurance (translated to english)

the following documents will be accompanied with sister in law.

1. statement of school enrollment (translated to english)

2. statement of timeoff from school (translated to english)

the following documents furnish from us to parent in law.

1. birth certificate to prove daughter-parent relationship

2. statement from doctor stating my wife is pregnant and the due date

who do you all think?

01/20/12 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

08/06/12 - Case completed final review.

08/09/12 - Appointment letter received via email interview date set 9/6/12.

08/14/12 - Medical exam done.

08/15/12 - Medical exam results all normal.

09/06/12 - Submitted required documents at the embassy and interview set next day at 0730.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

03/02/15 - Received NOA2 with approval dated 02/25/15.

who do you all think?

sorry but you don't need to send all that. they have to request the visitor visa based on their own merits. they have to prove strong financial ties and strong ties to their country. the parent has to convince the officer that he or she does not have immigration intent and that he or she has to return to their country. all that you posted is irrelevant employment, salaries, job, bank accounts, properites, family left behind are all of the beneficiaries of the tourist visa.

Correct. They have to make the application based on their own merits, their own strong ties to their home country. You don't send any of that.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

is that enough to proof strong ties to their home country?

and i will provide my evidence to backup their statement

1. birth certificate to prove daughter-parent relationship

2. statement from doctor stating my wife is pregnant and the due date

i am thinking of adding i-134 too. does it actually help?

it seems like parent in laws would have no issue proving that, but the sister is troubling because she is still in high school.

I might re-consider your backup info. Maybe just an invitation letter, it has worked for me in the past.

Bringing up the impending grandkid might show a reason for them to want to stay in the US.

will consider that.
