223 days today. If i don't get an answer by January i think i am going to wait for the answer in Albania with my wife. This delay is just to much.Running out of patience here

At least you have that option! It's almost heart wrenching for me to even think about giving up my job. But if I don't see any results soon, I may just do that! Life is too short to live apart from the one you love.

I looked through the VSC Receipt numbers about 100 before mine and 100. And I hardly seen only few approvals. Have you guys looked through the receipt numbers next to yours, just to see if your neighbors have been approved.

where did u looked that up? teach me por favor

Teague, you know when you go to the www.uscis.com site and put in your VSC number to check on its progress? You can put in other numbers to see their progress too. All it says is where that number is in the process. For example, your number may be VSC1234567890. To do what johna1 did, you would type in number VSC1234567790, VSC1234567791, and so forth. A lot of the numbers will not be I-130s.

ok i got it thanks a ton!

You're very welcome, honey. You are like a touchstone for me; when I see you finally get your approval (and I hope it is SOON) I will feel lots better about my own case! :star:
