Ok.. My husband said, the expedite was denied 1st week of dec 2012.. at the end of dec we had a service request respond saying they will need another additional review within 2 months.. and then 1st week of January we received email again that the additional review is another 6months.. well , I really dont get them,, they make me confuse.. Do you have idea someone who been with this and got approval eventually?

I've been on my 16th month of waiting sis..Hehehe..we have the same sentiments. Obviously our lives are stagnant for the moment. I'm a registered nurse sis and been turning down dad's doctor friend's to work in their hospital because i don't want to have a bad record in case the approval arrives. I also have the opportunity to work ang migrate in other countries but none of them i considered for the moment..This is a very emotional turmoil on my part but i keep hanging on...Life!

I-130 Submitted ---- 09/16/2011

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!
