I received my Notice of Action for I-485, 1-131, and I-765 on December 12, 2012 from Nebraska Service Center. Haven't gotten my Biometrics appointment yet. Will it take more time for my green card to arrive because I filed I-140 and I-485 at the same time? I am planning to go out of the country on June. Do you think it'll be processed by then?

It depends on processing times and also if you encounter any hiccups, AP, RFE's etc. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

You should have AP within that time so if you do not have any overstay in the US that would trigger a ban on leaving you could use your AP to leave the US and come back.

I'm not sure of the typical processing time for employment-based (I-140) adjustment applications. If it's similar to immediate relative (I-130) applications then it is in the region of 3-5 months. However, you should have your EAD + Advance Parole by the end of February so you will be fine for travel in June, even if the green card is still processing. If you're thinking of taking another job when the EAD arrives, make sure to research AC21 portability beforehand to avoid jeopardizing your adjustment application.

What I've seen here is that it takes three to four months to get the green card. Unless you stumble into tons of RFEs that could delay it a bit...
