ok I have a question about the I-134 affidavit of support form. On question #7 if i don't have any personal property, life insurance, or stocks or bonds, do I just leave those lines blank? Or do I write "none"? For the part that says "I have on deposit in savings bank in the United States".... do i need to put how much i have in my savings account? I also receive child support. Would I need to include proof of this and attach it to the I-134? I don't want to mess this up so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If with your income alone you meet the 125% guidelines you can stop there, you don't need to put anything else.

If your income alone is enough and you are not needing or wanting to use assets, then leave that section blank. Assets are not required.

As for your child support, if you need to include the child support in order to meet the income requirement, then you need to include it in your total for current annual income and supply the court order that shows how much you receive each month. You may also want to include the check stubs or bank statements showing the child support direct deposit amounts as further proof that you do indeed receive it and how much.
