G-325A Filling up the address

i need your help guys.. i'd really appreciate your opinion =)

here's the situation, my fiance will be filing our I-129F this month and i already sent him my G-325A. i got this problem in filling up the "Residence last 5 years" information. I'm living with my parents (my address since birth) but then last April 2011 my father opened a business establishment (I'm the manager) in a city 16miles away from our house and i drive 20min (including the freaking traffic) going there. My parents rented an apartment within that city for my 2 siblings (both are college students), so that they wouldn't have a hard time travelling to our house everyday and it would be hard for them if their classes end so late in the evening (they just go home to our house every weekends). and i'm staying at that apartment sometimes when i get so tired from work and whenever i get too lazy to drive home (like spend 3 days in a week there in my sibling's apartment). So am i suppose to include my sibling's apartment address to state my residence? and how about the date? or will i just state our house' address ONLY?

They require only your permanent address, so from your description I would just include your house. Put in the address where you stay most of the time. In any case I don't think it would matter what you put in. They will send all the papers to the address you put in on your I129-F, so I assume the current address on the G-325A should match.

Yes. my address in the I-129F and G-325A are the same (our house address).
