 Yeah, ASU!

You GO girl!

I know you CAN do it!

I myself am proud to say that after a 25 year/pack a day habit that I've been smoke free for about 6 months now.

It wasn't easy...but it does gets easier.

I found that drinking lots of water and chewing sugarless gum helped me a lot.

Keep up the good work! (F)

Oh I sure hope so.

I'm having a hard time today for some reason. Remember, I used to smoke up to two packs a day.:unsure:

good job

I am trying to get my hubby to quit.... I know I can't force him .... but I just want him to be healthy and to stick around for awhile....

what really bugs me is that he smokes in the car... which sucks because he has been driving my car the last two weeks or so because his car is no longer working... it is not fair that I have to smell the smoke, specially seeing as it gives me a bloody headache

Good luck to you. Also, I was hoping you could bring back your spork avatar as it was really one of my favorites!

Back by popular demand?

Glad to oblige, sarah. :P

Oh, don't get me started on smoking hubbies :P

Mine quit smoking when we first met, so he could save money to come visit me etc.

As soon as I moved in with him, he started again.

And I started smoking for the first time, out of boredom.

I'm hoping he'll quit with me because I could really use his help/support in this.

He said he would after finishing this last pack of smokes he has.

every once in awhile I will bug my hubby about it and he says he will quit or that he has quit and he will throw out his cigs but then the next day he starts again.... and he tries to hide it by running upstairs and taking a shower as soon as he comes home from work.... he thinks I am dumb or something :P....

He never smokes at home, at least not in the house.... he usually just smokes at work and when he is around his dad or brothers who all smoke....

it is not like he can not go without smoking.... he didn't smoke for the first month I was here and when we were on vacation back in April for 2 weeks he didn't smoke at all...

I'm so bored...

The Spork of the Gods

Every mythic hero normally has an equally mythic weapon. Zeus had his thunderbolts. Thor had his hammer, Mjolnir. King Arthur had his Excalibur. Frodo and Bilbo had their Sting. Rhydderch Hael had his Dyrnwyn. King Kong had his bananas…you get the idea. It's time for you to join the ranks of the heroes and heroines of lore as you weld your own legendary weapon in your battle against a very powerful foe: hunger.

The Titanium Spork is ready for the challenge. Titanium is known for its great strength, corrosion resistance, and light weight, which makes this spork a valuable asset around feeding time. Imagine how much more food you could shovel in at your local buffet if you didn't have to worry about the strain of picking up a heavy fork or spoon. Your food consumption can become the stuff of legends. Even just holding the Titanium Spork in your hand, you can feel its power. It is perhaps the greatest gastronomic invention since lickable wallpaper. Hunger, beware - your end is near!

Titanium Spork Dimensions:approx. 6.25" long and 1.5" at its widest point.

Check out the action shots...:lol::lol:

Oh man did you know I would love that!? I seriously want to buy metal sporks to replace our spoons and forks. When I was in college I would go to Taco Bell to stock up on plastic sporks but they stopped carrying them! I had one left and now it hangs from my rearview mirror in my car.
