good work!! though I never smoked, I heard someone say take it hour by hour... you can do anything for an hour :)

baby steps like Steven said.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

It's a start, right? :star:

To quote Mr Burns from the Simpsons.. “Excellent” :)

I stopped smoking 1 year ago this coming Wednesday, on the other side of the atlantic just before I left for the US. I had planned to quite months and months in advance and decided that I was going to beat it; it wasn’t going to beat me. I had my last smoke outside the airport in Dublin!

The first week was the hardest part for me. I used nicotine tablets to help control the cravings for the first month or so. In the mornings was worst and after food, I ate/sucked on a nicotine tablet, it did help. I slowly weaned myself down and off the tablets during that month. It was my first serious attempt to quit smoking and it worked!

Hang in there, if you’re anything like I was if you can get over the first week you’ll be free! :D

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
