To whom it may Concern,



Good Day! to all here. I would like to know on how long should i wait for in able to recieve next step since i am October Filer for an IR-130 ...When would be able to get my appointment for my Medical or an interview... since we are over 5 yrs married and had 2 children who are 4yrs old and a 9months who had both US Passport holder also.

Any result much apppreciated from our end.Thanks !

did u have ur NOA2 already? if so, call NVC. if u haven‘t got ur noa2 nothing else to do but wait for noa2. hope these helps. :-). btw im an IR1 beneficiary too and my hubby filed same month as urs. still waiting for noa2. if u want u can add me on facebook.

You should be contacting the IV Unit in Manila, as your USCitizen Petitioner filed the I-130 into Manila IV.

Only Manila IV will know anything about that casefile.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
