Hope anyone can answer my question..we already submita our papers for aos but my child (k2 ead i-765 employment authorization was returned...i cant call the uscis bec its weekend and i just want to ask if we need to pay for the filing of the for ead for k2..eventhough we both submit our aos and pay separately...our rfe says that check the fees...im confused pls help so that i could resubmit my childs ead so that we could get hs sss too...thanks...

There is no fee for EAD when sent with a pending I-485. If you resubmit, be sure to include the receipt notice for filing their I-485 and use category code (c )(9 ) on the I-765 form so there will be no fee.
