how can we show the proof that we intent to marry within 90 days of my arrival in the US? yes, we have a plan to marry within 2 weeks after I reach the US. but it's too early to say something, that what kind of marriage we will be having. Is it important to include any documents as a proof that we will be getting married within 90 days with the package?

do i need to sign g325a, letter of intent, photos and then send over mail to fiance in usa where tey aply as package 129f or the scanned copies can also be used?

Yes you need to sign G325A, letter of intent. And passport-type photo you don't need to sign, there should be written only your name on the back.As i have told in other topic, scanned copies may be accepted..and i have read at this site that some people were lucky with scans and i know such cases. But also i read that:

Legal Requirements for the Signature on Petitions and Immigration Benefit Applications

Applicants and Petitioners: Applicants and petitioners must sign their respective applications and petitions. The signature must be an original signature.

So send these documents via mail.7bb2008a2cfb58d5c3870229f93ba775.gif

You don't need to show proof of your intent.Letters of intent is enough for petition. When you will go to interview and it can be in several months ..even in a half of a year , you will be more sure what kind of marriage you will be having and that time you may have even invitation cards :) Some people coming to US using K1 understand that relationship won't work go back to their countries within 3 months as it is allowed. It is rare, but such things happen. :(

The fiance letter of intent should be included in the initial 129f petition and should be done by both petitioner and beneficiary

Depending on your embassy - you may need to re-do this for the interview

Does it have to be the original? Can my fiance fax me a copy of her signed letter of intent or is it have to be mailed to me?

Thanks

Yes, it will have to be original. Any documents requiring a signature, must be an original document. Copies are only accepted, when a signature is not required.

Yes, it should be original. Preferably signed in blue pen as I've read some people have recieved RFEs when using black. I've just had to post 2 x G-325A forms signed and dated, letter of intent from me x 2 signed and dated, supporting statements from my parents signed and dated, and scans of every page of my passport and boarding passes signed and dated. Not worth risking it. My fiance should recieve them next week so he can finalize the I-129F package.
