Member Family of American Families United to be featured on KMBC Channel 9 of Kansas City

Tonight, KMBC channel 9 (channel 12 on local cable) of Kansas City, Missouri will run an exclusive story on the 10 o'clock news about one of our member families, Brady and Myrna #######, who, without an change in the law, have been permanently exiled.

For those who are not in the Kansas City area, the story will be posted tomorrow at www.thekansascitychannel.com, or you could come to our web site, www.americanfamiliesunited.org, where we will have a link.

I think it will, but there is still a way to go. Probably the best shot at getting anything done will be next year, since the next two months will be a lame duck session in Congress. But they need people from all over the country to get involved (you need the support of at least half of Congress to change the law). We have more press on the way though. We are starting to gain some momentum as a group now.
