COVERING LETTER

hello everyone....

i was gone to submit the docs (packet 3.5 form) (k1 visa) for further process at american express but guy there told me that i have not got covering letter having number ISL number. But ISL number printed on I-134 instead of having covering letter. please advice where can i get this covering letter from though have not receive email with packet 3.5 but downloaded through web.

I believe the cover letter he is talking about is once you receive the 3.5 e-mail packet you need to print that e-mail and take it to American Express. Thats the cover letter that will have your case number. In order to submit documents you need to wait for that 3.5 packet e-mail.

I believe the cover letter he is talking about is once you receive the 3.5 e-mail packet you need to print that e-mail and take it to American Express. Thats the cover letter that will have your case number. In order to submit documents you need to wait for that 3.5 packet e-mail.

Yes that 3.5 packet email but i have not received or mistakenly i have deleted. my i-29f petition is going to expire on 23 jan 2013. how would i know whether they had sent me an email or not. because if it is deleted mistakenly i have to request them to resend.

If your are like me that delete items but does not empty the entire folder of deleted items maybe its still there.

The Above was what I attached and used as the cover letter of the packet, It oulines all of the things that you are submitting will help you organize the items that you need to submit and help the reviewer be able to referance and find them quickly. SO bascially take the over make it look like a formal letter fill in the proper information pertatning to your case sign. I also used deviders that listed the attached item for each thing that was sent so items listed 1 to 10 all had a sheet defining what is attached. message me your email I can send you that.

You DO NOT need to send the email that they send you with the packet 3.5 use the cover letter in the post above. Some times those american express people do not know what they are doing and confuse people instead.

ie..., his birth cert, his police report, my tax returns, my bank statements, my letter from employeer.

Item 10 is optional and that is Applicants (USC) Supporting Documents

I made him send copies of his birth certificate and police certificate not the originals BUT I wrote on the cover letter that the original would be provided at the interview. :-( I'm worried they're going to reject it or return it or something! What do you all think?
