My wife file was approve as of today on October 9, 2013 on our Anniversary date. I got email and a text around 6:00 PM EST while i was taking a power nap. I thought it was a wrong message and when I saw that i got both email and message, then I saw the file was APPROVE.

July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!

April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail

Just thought i would pop back and update you on my case,

Well up to yet we have had 3 checklists from NVC, What makes me laugh is all these checklist's are for things we had already sent in to them :( . Each time they send you a check list you have to send back the items they requested, then they have to input it into their system and from the day it is inputted you have to wait another 20-30 days , so up to yet they have stalled us by almost 4 months now. Remember guys it is 20 - 30 working days !!!.

So we are still sitting and waiting for our CC and then th interview, last checklist was inputted into their system on Oct 16th, may be this week coming we may just get CC.

Well here's to hoping and praying.

They asked for another copy of i864, then a court copy of memorandum of conviction and photos with case number on the back, all these had been sent to them already , only thing that we forgot to do was put case number on rear of photos. All else they requested we just resent again.

I guess they stall for time in my opinion. !!!
