I'm so sorry, but anyone already saw the update in the process times for the I-130?

I'm about to vomit, they are showing 16 months!!!

I try so hard to remain positive but man, this is insane, how do the dare to treat us like that?

Where do you see that?

It's in the uscis processing times webpage.

Wait a minute, that's just the I-130? Not the whole process??? If so, that's terrible! This is turning into a nightmare!!!!!!!! I don't even know what to say.

This new Overland Park facility has to help the situation somehow.....

It was 7months for me too waitng but i revieved my noa2 today. Keep on waitng maybe ul get it next week wink.png

Congrats..mine will be 7 months by oct 4..so hopefully I will hear something after october...

Read my time line guys, My husband filed our I-130 in January 2103. Been at NVC stage now since 31st of July and waiting for CC. I pray you will all get some good news soon.

A tip for those of you who want to try this, my husband was none stop ringing them at USCIS asking if its being dealt with yet. So i suggest you just keep on calling them.

I say we all physically go to NBC and knock on their doors..Start protesting with placards and stuff.. Hopefully if a few hundred of us show up, it will help :)

Wishful thinking. I don't think anything will help at this point.

Received this survey request from USCIS today, might be good if we all put our two cents in.

Had my lawyer write to the congressional lawyer liaison at my field office and received a reply that my petition is in line for adjudication and will be completed in 60 days......lets see.

Most definately hasn't caused any problems, in fact so many are now getting CC and IL , sadly in not one of them sad.png still waiting for case complete, !!!. Think they left us brits to sit it out sad.png I thank the Lord i got past that USCIS stage, but this waiting at NVC is def no better, i do hope it picks up for you guys when you get there though. Will keep you updated of what happens next for me.
