Just got NOA2 approved! Finally Got NOA1 from the NBC on Dec 21st (counting as Jan filing because I don't think they'll have done anything over Xmas) Transferred to the Memphis office and approved

Soooooooo...we got our NOA2 on April 8th (nice wedding present lol) but it mentions in the first paragraph that "he can apply for adjustment of status". We were under the assumption that he had to go back to England when he finished this visit to do the interview etc, but if he's here and the NOA2 mentions adjustment of status, could he just stay and do that? He's been here since March 22nd and was only staying until April 17th.

Maybe I'm just being stupid and hopeful. At least receiving the NOA2 was nice.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Still no luck with NOA2, while many others who got their NOA1 after mine, already got their NOA2. :(

I'm a beneficiary in India and trying to dial the helpline # mentioned in NOA1 - USA ISD code 001 + 1800-375-5283, but it's not reachable.

There is no NBC email id given in NOA1, can anyone have NBC email id for such inquiries?

Hiii.... Everyone....

I joined this today...

Hers my status i have applied for my wife on 7th jan 2013 and then got noa1 within a week

Then i got notified by email for noa2. And they sent on 15th april.

Now whats the next procedure.....???

And can anyone tell that how long it will take more to get my wife here shes from india...???

I just found out today by calling the NVC and they received our stuff from the USCIS on April 8th. I will keep calling everyday until I get my case number. Anyone else at this stage from January filers?

I know it's a bit early, but has anyone filed the I-130 for January yet?

My I-130 package was sent 1/2/2013. It was received at the Chicago lockbox today 1/4/2013. I have yet to receive an NOA1 at this point.

Am a USC citizen, filed i130 dec 9th,2013. approved march 25. nvc received april 8, waiting for nvc case #.

Heyyyyy..... Did you email them..??????

Cz I applied for my wife on 7th jan and I got my approval on 15th April.... But before that I had to email them and asked them..... If you didn't email then try it....
