Just got NOA2 approved! Finally Got NOA1 from the NBC on Dec 21st (counting as Jan filing because I don't think they'll have done anything over Xmas) Transferred to the Memphis office and approved

Do you see your case online now? You fall under which local field office?

I still don't see my case online. Called USCIS and spoke with a Tier 2 rep. The rep would not inform me where my application was but did mention since i am from NJ my case will get transferred to Newark. I have also sent an email but no response as yet.

Question to the forumn - If Newark is processing Nov/Dec applications, are these which Newark FO received in Nov/Dec or are these applications filed with USCIS in Nov/Dec.

I still don't see my case online. Called USCIS and spoke with a Tier 2 rep. The rep would not inform me where my application was but did mention since i am from NJ my case will get transferred to Newark. I have also sent an email but no response as yet.

I called yesterday (waited 30 min.) and a tier 2 person told me that my case was send to Newark, NJ. I forgot to ask her when did they send it.

July 29, 2013 ....NOA2 ....6 Months and 3 Weeks After NOA1

NVC:

Aug. 07, 2013 ....NVC Received File from USCIS.

Aug. 20, 2013 ....Got Case # and Invoice Id # From NVC by phone

Aug. 21, 2013 ....Got DS-3032 form & I-864 bill by email

Aug. 21, 2013 ....Husband (Petitioner) paid AOS bill $88.00 Online - Wife (Beneficiary) email DS-3032 to NVC assigned Husband as Agent to received Mails from NVC

Aug. 23, 2013 ....AOS bill status: "Paid"

Sep. 04, 2013 ....Wife got email from NVC, DS-3032 Accepted.

Sep. 05, 2013 ....Husband got IV Bill by email from NVC, paid $230.00 online.

im january filer also im new on this site ,my husband filed I-130 on january 15,2013 and we have our MSC number and it is still initial review.. so frustating!

You should be calling to make sure NVC has received your case. The online updates will no longer tell you anything - NVC is the stage where you have to call to find anything out.

Got it! They received the package yesterday! Thanks for your help. Should I be making my doctors appointments from now? What do I do next? I have my husbands paper work with bank records however he hasn't filed for his taxes from the past 2 years and he is doing that now. But that will slow things down waiting for it. Can I just send 1tax record with his pay stubs and financial records?

Also what if I don't have a birth certificate? Is a Canadian citizenship sufficient? I was born in Laos and on a farm they don't dive things out like that!
